Refunds and Returns
Refunds on publications are given on the strict understanding that goods are returned unused and in the condition in which they were supplied. If returning DVD’s and other digital media, the seals must remain intact, otherwise no refund will be given.
No refunds can be given on overprinted forms or registers unless a printing error has occurred and this has been the sole responsibility of COLLECTIONS LINK.
Cancellation
The full fee will be charged for cancellation of a COLLECTIONS LINK Direct training course less than 2 weeks before the course date. There is an option of transferring the fee as full or part payment when enrolling for another COLLECTIONS LINK Direct course. This will be a one-time only transfer within one year of the originally booked course and will be subject to an administration charge of £30.00. Non-attendance on the day will be charged 100% of the course price and there is no option of transferring the fee. If you are unable to attend a colleague may be sent in your place for no additional charge.
COLLECTIONS LINK reserves the right to cancel any scheduled course should the number of bookings not be sufficient to provide a positive learning environment for all participants, or for any other reason. Any course fees will be reimbursed in full. Please note that this does not include any costs incurred through individual participant travel or accommodation arrangements. Should cancellation become necessary COLLECTIONS LINK will notify participants at least one week prior to the course date.
Delivery
It is the responsibility of COLLECTIONS LINK to ensure that goods ordered arrive at the address given by the customer. Goods in excess of a £50 value will be sent to the customer by the appropriate method and a customer signature will be required as proof of delivery. COLLECTIONS LINK will endeavour to dispatch goods within 10 working days from the date of order. Customers will be contacted in the event of COLLECTIONS LINK being unable to meet this target.
